Flackwoods’ office is an easy walk from my home in Southwater and I initially approached Ian Flack to enquire about the possibility of creating an LPA – Lasting Power of Attorney. Most of us feel a little daunted by legal matters but I must say that, from the very first encounter, Mr Flack’s advice was friendly, informative and easy to follow. Subsequently, my wife and I both made LPAs and they are now ready in case the need arises at any future time. The bill for all fees and services was reasonable and exactly as we had been advised.
